Standalone Performance (FY25 vs FY24):
- Net Profit for the year increased to ₹26,373.48 crore from ₹24,861.43 crore.
- Total Income for the year rose to ₹1,47,934.10 crore from ₹1,31,810.59 crore.
- Gross Non-Performing Assets (GNPA) ratio improved to 1.28% as on March 31, 2025, from 1.43% as on March 31, 2024.
- Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA) ratio was 0.33% as on March 31, 2025, compared to 0.31% as on March 31, 2024.
- Capital Adequacy Ratio (Basel III) stood at 17.07% as on March 31, 2025 (16.63% as on March 31, 2024).
- Basic Earnings per Share (EPS) for the year was ₹85.28 (₹80.67 for FY24).

- Net Profit for the quarter was ₹7,117.50 crore, marginally lower than ₹7,129.67 crore in the same quarter last year.
- Total Income for the quarter increased to ₹38,022.03 crore from ₹35,990.33 crore.
- Provisions (other than tax) and Contingencies (Net) for the quarter were ₹1,359.35 crore (₹1,185.31 crore in Q4 FY24).

- Consolidated Net Profit for the year was ₹28,055.11 crore compared to ₹26,386.20 crore in the previous year.
- Consolidated Total Income for the year was ₹1,55,916.86 crore versus ₹1,37,989.36 crore in FY24.

Consolidated Performance (Q4 FY25 vs Q4 FY24):
- Consolidated Net Profit for the quarter was ₹7,475.13 crore compared to ₹7,599.04 crore in Q4 FY24.
- Consolidated Total Income for the quarter was ₹39,958.04 crore versus ₹37,836.10 crore in Q4 FY24.

Balance Sheet (Standalone as on March 31, 2025):
- Total Deposits stood at ₹11,72,952.02 crore (₹10,68,641.39 crore as on March 31, 2024).
- Total Advances were ₹10,40,811.32 crore (₹9,65,068.38 crore as on March 31, 2024).

Dividend: The Board has recommended a dividend of ₹1 per share (50%) for the year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.

- The Bank adopted the revised RBI framework for Investment Portfolio from April 1, 2024, impacting comparability with previous periods.
- During Q4 FY25, the Bank reversed excess provision of ₹800.65 crore related to loans transferred to NARCL.
