Compuage Infocom Limited, currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced the decisions taken during the 15th meeting of the Committee of Creditors (COC).
The meeting was held on 11th April 2025, with e-voting concluding on 24th April 2025. The COC members accepted or rejected various resolutions:
- Approved the appointment and cost of Statutory Auditor & Tax Auditor for the financial year 2024-25.
- Approved the appointment of AAA Assurance PAC for completing pending compliances and auditing the Singapore Branch for FY 2024-25.
- Approved the appointment and cost of Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25.
- Approved the continuation of the term of Mr. Bhavesh K. Upadhyay as Consultant on a Contractual Basis for GST-related activities.
- Approved the ratification of the renewal of the leave and license Agreement for 2 residential flats in Mumbai.
- Rejected the Terms & Conditions of the 5th E-Auction for the Sale of Inventory at the Bhiwandi Warehouse (India).
- Approved the terms and conditions for the Sale of Inventory lying at the Singapore Warehouse.
- Approved the extension/exclusion of CIRP as per Section 12 of the Code (Approved by Email).
- Approved bearing initial CIRP Costs/initial deposit money for the Section 9 Application filed by Compuage as Operational Creditor.
- Approved the annual listing fee for FY 2025-26 to be paid to BSE and NSE.
- Approved the settlement as proposed by the Debtor M/s Accutech Power Solutions Private Limited.
- Approved the appointment of Mr. Ashutosh Kumar for Representation before the Supreme Court of India.
