Tanla Platforms Limited completed the transfer of its 100% equity stake in Gamooga Softtech Private Limited to Karix Mobile Private Limited on 24 Mar 25. This follows their earlier announcement on 21 Jan 25 regarding the sale. Following this transfer, Gamooga became a step-down subsidiary of Tanla Platforms.
