Tata Technologies Limited has announced the appointment of J B Bhave & Co., Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the company.

• The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2025-26 and continuing until FY 2029-2030.
• The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
• The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
• J B Bhave & Co. is a proprietary firm led by CS Jayavant Bhave, based in Pune, Maharashtra.
