Tata Technologies Limited's Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, has approved the re-appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Woman Directors:

• Ms. Aarthi Sivanandh (DIN: 00140141) for a term of 5 years, effective from June 11, 2025 to June 10, 2030.
• Ms. Usha Sangwan (DIN: 02609263) for a term of 5 years, effective from October 21, 2025 to October 20, 2030. The re-appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
