Larsen & Toubro Allots ₹500 Crore Sustainability-Linked Non-Convertible Debentures

Larsen & Toubro Limited (LT) has allotted 50,000, 6.35% Listed, Rated, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on June 19, 2025.
Each NCD has a face value of ₹1 lakh, aggregating to ₹500 crore.
These NCDs are linked to identified sustainability targets and are issued under the Framework for Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Debt Securities by SEBI.
The NCDs will mature on June 19, 2028, with interest paid on an annual basis.
The debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

Larsen & Toubro Limited (LT) held its 80th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), starting at 3:00 p.m. and concluding at 6:50 p.m.

Shareholders approved all 16 Ordinary Resolutions with the requisite majority. Key approvals included:

Adoption of the audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025.
Declaration of a Final Dividend of ₹34 per share (face value ₹2 each) for FY 2024-25.
Re-appointment of Mr. S. V. Desai and Mr. T. Madhava Das as Directors liable to retire by rotation.

Larsen & Toubro's (L&T) Power Transmission & Distribution (PT&D) business has secured new "Major" grid infrastructure orders in India and abroad, as announced on June 10, 2025.

These "Major" orders are classified as having a value between ₹5,000 crore to ₹10,000 crore.
In India, the business will build 765kV and 400kV transmission lines for integrating a Renewable Energy Zone in Andhra Pradesh.
In the Middle East, the orders involve executing 220kV and 132kV Gas Insulated Substations on a turnkey basis.
The new orders were awarded by leading transmission asset owners and operators in the respective countries.

L&T Wins Significant Order for Heavy Civil Infrastructure Business

Larsen & Toubro's Heavy Civil Infrastructure (HCI) business has secured a significant order from JSW Energy.
The order is for the execution of the Bhavali Pumped Storage Project (PSP) in Maharashtra.
The project is located across Nashik and Thane districts, with a total installed capacity of 1500 MW.
The scope includes complete execution of civil works, such as construction of approach roads, upper and lower reservoirs, water conductor system, pressure tunnels, and an underground powerhouse unit.
As per project classification, significant order value is between ₹1,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore.
