The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the financial year 2025-26 and continuing until FY 2029-2030.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on April 25, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.

Full Year FY25 Highlights:
- Total Company Operating Revenue: ₹51,685 million (₹5,168.5 crore).
- Operating EBITDA: ₹9,341 million (₹934.1 crore); EBITDA margin at 18.1%.
- Revenue from operations grew at 13.6% CAGR and Operating EBITDA grew at 13% CAGR over the last 3 years.
